Fire calls

Moose Jaw Fire Department responded to three service calls between 7 a.m. Thursday and 7 a.m. Friday.

Headquarters station assisted EMS on the Trans-Canada Highway, 5 km east of Moose Jaw.

Lillooet station assisted EMS and responded to a sounding alarm system.

 

Police calls

Moose Jaw Police Service received 26 calls for service between 7 a.m. Thursday and 7 a.m. Friday including a break and enter, an egged vehicle and an impaired driver who could not be found.

Police are still investigating the theft of a SaskTel refund cheque and two hit and runs.

Police responded to a two vehicle collision at 13th Avenue Southwest and Grandview Street West that resulted in no injuries, approximately $20,000 damage and a fire hydrant was sheered off.
