The Times-Herald is doing its part to rekindle the Christmas spirit this year with the return of the Light Up the Night Tour.
In less than two weeks, the Times-Herald will take guests around town to soak up the sights of the Friendly City’s best-decorated homes.
“It’s something else we’re doing for the community,” said Rob Clark, publisher of the Times-Herald. “We resurrected it last year after it was down for a couple of years, and it was such a great time.”
Clark has promised carolling, cookies and his signature sense of humour for this year’s guests on the Tour, and added that the Times-Herald is also still seeking potential houses for the event.
“Anybody who has gone through the work of decorating their home can call (and register),” he said. “We want to make sure we don’t miss anybody.”
Prizes are available to the top three houses, as voted by the tour’s guests.
To register your home for the event or to attend, call (306) 691-1288.
