Moose Jaw Police Service

Between 7 a.m. on Saturday and 7 a.m. on Sunday, the Moose Jaw Police Service responded to 29 calls for service.

Those included three hit-and-run occurrences, one on the 100 block of High Street East, another on the 1200 block of High Street West and the other on the zero block of MacDonald Street West.

Police also responded to an individual who didn’t want to pay their bar tab on the 1600 block of Main Street North, a stolen snowblower from the 400 block of Stadacona Street East, two false alarms and one alarm on Coronation Drive.

Police arrested three persons for an outstanding warrant, mediated a family dispute on the 1100 block of Chestnut Avenue and attended to a domestic dispute on the 1000 block of Athabasca Street East.

Further, police arrested and charged one individual on the 500 block of MacDonald Street for assault. Police also responded to two males fighting, a noisy party and to an individual who required medical help.
