This year marked the last for Ray Francis as chairman of the South Saskatchewan First Responder Committee, but not the last that he will attend the committee’s annual conference. “I’ve promised people after talking to them last night . . . Moose Jaw Fire Department had no activities to report between 7 a.m. Monday and 7 a.m. Tuesday.
Moose Jaw Police Service responded to 45 calls between 7 a.m. Monday and 7 a.m. Tuesday including a reported dispute from Saturday, a property dispute, another dispute, an insecure door, a noise complaint and two males checking vehicles in the 700 block of Hochelaga Street East.
Police charged a male with possession of marijuana on the 700 block of Coteau Street West. He was released on an appearance notice with a court date.
