Police calls

The Moose Jaw Police Service responded to 41 calls for service between 7 a.m. Friday and 7 a.m. Saturday, including six thefts (one of a vehicle), two hit-and-runs, two complaints of unwanted guest, and a dangerous driver.

Police charged one individual with three counts of breach of recognizance, held the two unwanted guests — both of whom were intoxicated — until they sobered up, and assisted in the location of a male youth.

Police continue to investigate one of the hit-and-runs, four of the thefts and the dangerous driver complaint.

Fire calls

Engines from both stations responded Friday night to the 1200 block of Main Street North for an alarm.
