Todd Michael Fitzpatrick was back in Moose Jaw Provincial Court on Tuesday.
Moose Jaw Provincial Court
Following a brief investigation in which the Moose Jaw Police Service assisted the Saskatchewan Internet Child Exploitation Unit, the 41-year-old Moose Jaw man was arrested and charged with accessing child pornography, possessing child pornography and making available child pornography on Feb. 27.
He was also in court later that day.
Fitzpatrick was released Tuesday on a $500 bail and court-approved conditions. Those conditions include that he report to his bail supervising officer upon his release, live at a residence approved by the bail supervising officer, not have access to or possession of any pornography, not have contact with anyone under the age of 16 and that he not access or possess a device capable of Internet connectivity.
Fitzpatrick may, however, possess a phone that does not have a data plan.
In 2008, Fitzpatrick was also charged and convicted for possession of child pornography. He received a six-month jail sentence and was put on probation for three-years for the offence.
Fitzpatrick’s next court appearance will again be at Moose Jaw Provincial Court on April 1 at 9:30 a.m.
