UPDATED: Moose Jaw woman's death ruled a homicide

A Moose Jaw woman, whose body was found dead in a residence in Raymore, Sask. on March 10, was a homicide, RCMP confirmed.

Shauna Maureen Welch, 27, was found in a residence on the 1000 block of Fourth Avenue in Raymore following a call regarding an unresponsive person to the Punnichy detachment.

An autopsy was ordered and its resulted confirmed Welch's death was a homicide.

RCMP are not releasing any further details at this time, but this matter is still under investigation.
