The Moose Jaw Police Service responded to 28 calls for service between 7 a.m. Saturday and 7 a.m. Sunday.

Among those calls were three 911 calls, three alarm calls, two noise complaints and four disputes, one of which was over property.

Police received a report of a possible gas theft of nearly $85 from the 200 block of First Avenue Northwest. With the help of the business, the individual was tracked down and paid his tab.

An nvestigation into a theft that occurred on the zero block of Wood Lily Drive has also been launched.

Police assisted EMS following a two-vehicle collision at Ninth Avenue Southwest and Lillooet Street. Damage was estimated at $15,000 and there were no injuries, but one driver was issued a ticket for failing to yield to an approaching vehicle when making a left turn.

Police also responded to a call of a vehicle on fire along the 200 block of High Street East. The fire was put out upon arrival, but damage was estimated at $1,000.
