Amber Ward will remain in custody for another week.

Moose Jaw Provincial Court

Ward, 18, is facing several charges stemming from a home invasion which occurred March 19.

Among the charges she faces are break, enter and robbery; masked while committing an indictable offence; and threatening.

Her matters were set over due to some confusion in scheduling with her legal counsel, Merv Shaw, the court heard Tuesday.

"Unknown to me when I adjourned her (matters) last time, the provincial system sent her up to Prince Albert," said Shaw. "As a result, I haven't had an opportunity to talk with her."

Ward will next appear in court on April 14.

Ward is one of three co-accused in the matter.

Nicole Bouchard, 21, is one of the co-accused and she also appeared April 8.

She is presently obtaining legal representation from the Regina legal aid office and her matters were set over until April 22.

Ryan Tatum, 29, the third accused, last appeared in provincial court April 1 and had his show cause hearing scheduled for April 14.
