What’s happening at Monday’s executive committee meeting

Here’s a look at what’s on the agenda for Monday’s executive committee meeting at 6:30 p.m. at city hall in the Scoop Lewry Room.

• Executive committee will consider a report from the engineering department regarding a revised schedule and routing of the 2013 transit review.

• There is another report from the engineering department transit division on the agenda regarding the purchase of a paratransit vehicle through a group purchase arrangement with SUMA.

• Executive will discuss a report from the planning and development services department regarding zoning requirements for properties facing Crescent Park.

• There are four tabled matters set to be discussed. The first is a landfill rate adjustment report from the engineering department requesting approval to increase the landfill tipping fees as of June 1.

The other three tabled matters include two confidential land matters and one confidential third party agreement with a report to follow, all likely to be discussed in-camera.
