The conditions of Nicole Bouchard's release were amended in Moose Jaw provincial court Tuesday.
Moose Jaw Provincial Court
Bouchard, 21, is one of three individuals facing charges stemming from an alleged home invasion on March 19. She was first released on conditions March 25.
Her original release included a curfew from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m., however Bouchard requested an amendment to the curfew on Tuesday to allow for an exception for employment.
She said she was seeking employment that may require her to work later into the evening.
Her application was not disputed by the Crown and Judge Margaret Gordon amended the curfew accordingly.
Bouchard will next appear before the court on June 17.
