Fire calls

The Moose Jaw Fire Department received two calls for service between 7 a.m. Sunday and 7 a.m. Monday.

On Sunday morning, Lillooet Station dispatched to the 1900 block of Seventh Avenue Southwest for a bush fire.

Sunday afternoon, both stations dispatched to the 1300 block of Prince Crescent for an activated fire alarm. 

Police calls

The Moose Jaw Police Service received 29 calls for service between 7 a.m. Sunday and 7 a.m. Monday, including four thefts, two break and enter thefts, two disputes and a mischief complaint.

Police placed charges against a man in relation to one of the thefts, but the additional thefts and break and enters remain under investigation.

They also executed a curfew check and charged two individuals with breach of court order.
