Ryan Tatum's matters will be delayed again following some confusion with his court appointed counsel.
Tatum, 29 appeared in Moose Jaw Provincial Court on Wednesday — his first appearance since being awarded court appointed council May 2.
Tatum's counsel, Estes Fonkalsrud, told the court Wednesday that he had been appointed on several matters.
However, he was unsure if he had been appointed on prior charges that were scheduled for a court date.
As a result, all of Tatum's matters have been adjourned to June 2 to be spoken to.
Tatum is one of three individuals facing charges stemming from an alleged home invasion on March 19.
Amber Ward, 18 and one of his co-accused, pleaded guilty to her charges Tuesday. She will appear for sentencing June 23.
Nicole Bouchard, 21 and the the third accused in the matters, will next appear in court on June 17.
