One of three young offenders charged in connection with an armed robbery has a trial date.
All three individuals appeared in Moose Jaw provincial court Wednesday, but cannot be named because they are protected by the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
One of the individuals will appear for trial July 29, according to the office of the Crown prosecutor.
The two others have had their matters set over to June 3 and June 11, respectively.
The three young offenders are alleged to have held up a middle-aged man at gunpoint and struck him with a metal bar before robbing him of an undisclosed amount of cash and personal property on April 25.You can follow Justin Crann on Twitter.
