The Moose Jaw Fire Department responded to two call for service between 7 a.m. Thursday and 7 a.m. Friday.
Thursday morning, both stations responded to the 1100 block of Second Avenue Northwest for a hazardous materials call.
Friday morning, headquarters station responded to the 600 block of First Avenue Northwest to assist EMS on a medical call.
The Moose Jaw Police Service responded to 47 calls for service from 7 a.m. Thursday to 7 a.m. Friday, including four thefts from unlocked vehicles, two additional thefts, two hit and runs, two collisions, the theft of a vehicle, a mischief complaint, a trespassing complaint and a public intoxication call.
Police placed charges of failure to yield to a red light in both collisions, as well as a pair of possession of cocaine charges in the trespass call.
Five of the thefts, including all four from the unlocked vehicles, remain under investigation, as does the stolen vehicle. Both hit and runs and the mischief complaint are still under investigation as well.
