Second house fire in three days with non-working smoke alarm
Hours after battling two suspicious early morning fires, firefighters were busy fighting another blaze on the city's south side Wednesday.
At approximately 8:20 a.m., the Moose Jaw Fire Department (MJFD) received word that a house on Manitou Crescent was burning. Crews responded swiftly to the fire, containing it to the room of origin, which was located in the basement of the home.
