A lucky homeowner in Moose Jaw was one of 18 in the province who was chosen for the SaskEnergy Home Energy Legacy Program (HELP) which benefits homeowners by providing improvements to their home they would not have otherwise been able to make.

SaskEnergy teamed up with Habitat for Humanity and Magnus Insulation to provide Stacey Arnold, with upgrades to her home that will reduce her living costs.
