Hall believes conciliator can help sides reach deal
For the second time in eight months, Saskatchewan teachers rejected a new contract, it was announced Monday.

On Oct. 22, the Government Trustee Bargaining Committee and the Saskatchewan Teachers Federation reached a tentative provincial bargaining agreement. Seventy-three per cent of teachers voted against the offer that day and on June 5, 63 per cent of teachers turned down the latest agreement between the two sides.
