Ryan Tatum is changing lawyers again.
Tatum, 29, appeared before Moose Jaw provincial court Wednesday, where he heard his case will be handled by a new legal representative.
"Unfortunately, I've run into a conflict and I can no longer represent Mr. Tatum," his legal counsel, Estes Fonkalsrud, told the court.
Tatum's matters will be taken on by Christina Skibinsky out of Regina.
He faces charges stemming from an alleged home invasion on March 19.
This is the second time Tatum has had to change legal counsel. Fonkalsrud was appointed as his lawyer by the court on May 2.
His proceedings have again been adjourned to July 2 while Fonkalsrud familiarizes his new counsel with the case.
