What's happening at Monday's regular council and executive meetings

City hall is seen on Monday.

The following items are on the agenda for Monday's regular council and executive committee meetings:

Council will receive the quarterly reports of the Moose Jaw Fire and parks and recreation departments.

Council will receive notice of a decision of the development appeals board.

Council will receive a report of the executive committee from its meeting on July 14. It will also consider the municipal planning commission's report from July 22's meeting.

Council will discuss a proposed Condominium Conversion Bylaw Amendment which, among other things, will increase the vacancy rate threshold for converting rental properties into condominiums to three per cent or more.

Executive committee will receive a report from the department of planning and development services about the Main Street Saskatchewan Program, which is "a community driven program that works to revitalize historic downtowns and commercial districts," according to the report.

Executive committee will also consider a report regarding the Urban Highway Connector Program that will detail the projected costs and long-term capital expenses Moose Jaw would take on under the program.
