Fire calls

The Moose Jaw Fire Department responded to one call for service between 7 a.m. Sunday and 7 a.m. Monday. Headquarters Fire Station and Lillooet Station both responded to alarms sounding on the 000 block of Ross Street West. 

Police calls

The Moose Jaw Police Service responded to 46 calls for service between 7 a.m. Sunday and 7 a.m. Monday including a single motor vehicle collision causing $6,000 in damages, an assault involving two males, threats made via cell phone and a noise complaint. 

Police also responded to call regarding mischief with kids throwing things at apartment buildings on the 900 block of Hochelaga St. W. The kids were warned regarding their inappropriate behaviour.

Still under investigation is a hit and run causing $5,000 in damages, theft of a cell phone, a break and enter with $300 of electronics stolen, and a separate break and enter where suspects gained entry and wrecked property.

Police are also still under investigation for charges regarding an assault to a female by a male. She was treated at the hospital for minor injuries.
