Double Shift Conditioning is working on empowering women by offering a Pre/Post Natal Program. The classes give mothers the opportunity to bond with their baby while working out.

The baby classes allow women to get a full body workout without having to leave their child.

"We help out moms to set action oriented goals and provide the support and guidance needed to achieve and maintain their goals," said Katie Statler, fitness advisor at Double Shift Conditioning.

Support is provided to mothers through a group training atmosphere where they can socialize and relate with other mothers. It's a family away from home, said Statler.

"It's important to stay physically active just to keep a mother's energy up. Moms are busy and by providing them with group fitness, we give them support and help them increase their energy," she said.

Double Shift Conditioning is currently holding a Fitness for a New Mom contest running on their Facebook page.

"This gives anyone the opportunity to nominate a new mom who deserves to win one month to our Pre/Post Natal Program."
