The province’s photo radar pilot program has hit a speed bump even before hitting the gas.

A vehicle drives past a traffic speed trailer on the 1600 block of Coteau Street West on Thursday. Saskatchewan Government Insurance recently announced it was pushing back a photo radar pilot project that was originally scheduled to begin this summer to October. Moose Jaw is set to receive two photo radar cameras.

Originally planned to make its debut in Moose Jaw, Regina and Saskatoon this summer, the pilot program has been delayed until October.

Why the 'so they won't be surprised by it' enter into the equation; is that so the upper class speeders won't get caught driving the Ol' Lexus at 55 through a school zone? Give me a break...if you are speeding you are speeding!
