Moose Jaw North MLA Warren Michelson, elected for three months since his win was officially decided, describes the time as most exciting.
"It's been a learning curve for me," said the former media sales representative.
"I'm quite happy with all the things that we've done in this time," said the Saskatchewan Party MLA at the grand opening of his constituency office on Friday.
On Friday, the party released a two-page list of accomplishments since taking office 100 days ago. The MLA says he is impressed by the amount of news on development in Saskatchewan and the provincial government.
"We've achieved a lot. You get some negative calls, but it's really encouraging to get calls saying, 'I like what you did.'"
On the other hand, Michelson said, he has been disturbed by the tone of some letters-to-the-editor. "I guess that comes with the job."
The spacious office at 326B High St. W., which shares a front door with a carpet shop, is actually in Moose Jaw Wakamow, New Democrat Deb Higgins' riding.
"We looked for something in the constituency and there wasn't much available," said Michelson.
The rent in this location was right and the spot is easy to find with un-metered, on-street parking.
