The 19-year Moose Jaw resident and 16-year business owner, is the sixth Moose Javian to toss her name into the council race.     Eby announced her intentions to seek a city council seat during a press conference Thursday morning in Crescent Park.     The South Hill resident said she has been waiting her whole life for this opportunity and is ready to give back to the Moose Jaw community.     Eby said in recent years it seems the city has become divided, which she feels is a direct result of a division among city councillors.     “I would really like to see some more positives come out of city council. If we could have a cohesive city council, I think that would transfer into the community which would be a positive thing.”     With a desire to help those facing social challenges, such as affordable housing, Eby said it is time for council to come up with some long-term solutions.
