“I have experience and I know how the system works,” he told the Times-Herald on Tuesday, one day after filing nomination papers at city hall.
Linsley, who also served 20-years as a local public school board trustee, was born and raised in Moose Jaw. Aside from political involvement, he has over 25-years experience owning local businesses.

According to Linsley, he has several areas of concern that lead him to run in the upcoming municipal election. His interests include promoting economic development, developing an inventory of serviced residential lots and maintaining fiscal responsibility at city hall.
