Born and raised Moose Javian, George Fowler said he wants to do his part for the Prairie South School Division.
Fowler said he feels it is the school boards job to deliver, through its administration, “effective education for all students.”
He said this can be accomplished by having an open dialogue with staff, parents and students, as well as, providing an environment that allows the PSSD staff and teachers to provide the best quality of education as efficiently as possible.
“I would like to see (the board) listen to the concerns of the staff who are in the classrooms teaching the kids. I think they hold the key to helping the board figure out what it is it has to do to help the kids get a great education.”
Fowler said if he is elected he looks forward to having the opportunity to work with the new board and the PSSD community.
