No matter what, there will be at least one Moose Jaw team in the gold medal game for the 2010 Softball Saskatchewan Intermediate B Women's Provincial Championships.
On Friday and Saturday at Caribou Heights, all three Moose Jaw teams, the Park Hotel Colts, KCS Marketing Slammers and the Hustlers were all ranked in the top four and will continue to play ball on Sunday.
The Colts are the only undefeated team in the tournament with a 4-0 record. Their wins came off of the Regina Vipers 2-1, 10-2 over the Regina Fighting Saints, 3-2 over the Slammers and 6-5 over the Hustlers.
The Slammers are ranked second with a 3-1 record, with their only loss coming to the Colts. They beat the Regina Pride 2-1, Hustlers 11-2 and Eclipse 9-8.
The Hustlers finished in fourth behind the Vipers as each team had a 2-2 record, but the Vipers had a better run differential. The Hustlers beat the Regina Saints 7-5 and hammered the Saskatoon Eclipse 13-4.
On Sunday at 9 a.m., the Colts will face the Hustlers and at 11 a.m., the Slammers will face off against the Vipers. All games take place at Caribou Heights.
