The Moose Jaw Rugby Club Nads fell too far behind after a slow start, and ultimately fell 25-12 to the Regina Grads.
The teams were playing in the semifinal of the Saskatchewan Rugby Union's southern division semifinal, with the winner likely to play the Regina Rogues and the loser falling to play in Division II southern final, likely against the Regina Condors.
The Nads got two tries from Murray Smith and a convert from Paul Grajczyk in the game, which they trailed 15-0 at the half.
