Both local teams advances to the semifinals at the Moose Jaw Invitational Basketball Tournament Friday.
The Central Cyclones beat the Saskatoon Tommy Douglas Tigers 68-63 in a quarter-final and will now face High River (1:30 p.m., Central) in the semifinals of the senior boys tournament.
Michael Holzer led the Cyclones with 17 points while Austin Miller added 16 in the win.
The Peacock Toilers had one of their best performances of the year as they beat the North Battleford Comp. Vikings 90-61. The Toilers will meet Prince Albert St. Mary Saturday (noon, Central) in the other semifinal.
Josh Huschi scored 24 points to lead the Toilers while Adam Bachiu added 22 points.
