Vanier girls, Peacock boys victorious Tuesday

Both undefeated teams in the Moose Jaw basketball league regular season stayed that way at the Peacock Toilers senior boys are 7-0 with a win over the Vanier Vikings 84-68.

Toiler Josh Huschi had a game high 26 points. James Wattam and Ryan Froehlich shared the Vikings team high with 14.

The senior girls Toilers were off to a blazing start against the undefeated Vikings in the first quarter, knocking down 4 jumpshots in a row, but the Spirits turned on the jets and ran away with it in the final three quarter, winning 79-43.

Kehlsie Crone had 29 points for the Spirits and Toilers Jenna Stevenson had a team high nine points.
