Carter Struthers’ third goal of the night was the overtime winner as the Tisdale Trojans beat the Moose Jaw AAA Warriors 7-6 Saturday night.

The Warriors are 9-7-0-4 in Saskatchewan Midget AAA Hockey League play. The two teams will meet again Sunday in Tisdale.

The Trojans grabbed a 3-0 first period lead, but the Warriors scored four straight goals of their own to stun the hosts.

Brayden Holloway scored twice for Moose Jaw, while Derrick Pouliot and Austin Daae each had a goal and an assist. Josh Jelinski and Colton Schick also scored for the Warriors.

Too bad the team lost Dyson, Mitch and Tanner...and also Nathan (who did not return after last year).....and then there were issues with Troy last year....maybe Coach Ray needs to look at his treatment of these young hockey players and find out why they choose to leave....
