AAA Warriors beat Tisdale 5-2

Zane Weal had a goal and three assists as the Moose Jaw AAA Warriors defeated the Tisdale Trojans 5-2 in Sask. Midget AAA Hockey League action Saturday afternoon.

The Warriors took a 2-0 lead after a period thanks to a pair of power play goals.

Brayden Holloway scored the game-winning goal to go with a pair of assists for the Warriors. Austin Daae and Derrick Pouliot each added a goal and an assist for Moose Jaw. Austin Yano had the other Warriors goal.

Scott Shivak made 16 saves for the Warriors including a penalty shot save.

The Warriors are 10-8-0-4 on the season and travel to Saskatoon to face the Blazers.
