Moose Jaw midget AAA Warriors head coach Ray Wareham admitted he was at a loss for words after Thursday’s game at home against the Notre Dame Hounds — and it wasn’t because he was amazed at how well his team played.
During an post-game interview after his team lost to the visiting Hounds 8-4, Wareham couldn’t believe that his team could play so poorly, especially after a “decent road effort” to the first place Saskatoon Blades in their last game Jan. 31 in a 3-2 loss.
“We just weren’t ready to play,” said Wareham. “It’s frustrating and embarrassing.”
