Ryon Moser opened the scoring 1:26 into the first period, but Brayden Point tied the game with a power play goal late in the first period.
Bryson Gore gave the Warriors a 2-1 lead in the second period before Tanner Eberle scored on a penalty shot early in the third period.
Reece Scarleet replied for the Broncos 1:37 later to cut the Warriors lead back to a goal.
Kirsch, Fioretti and Point each finished with a goal and an assist each.
Justin Paulic made 18 saves to earn the win.
