Four goals in two games against the Prince Albert Raiders helped Morgan Rielly earn the Western Hockey League’s Danny’s player of the week award.

The 18-year-old defenceman had three points — including the game-winning goal — in the Warriors 4-3 win over Prince Albert Saturday.

That two-goal game against the Raiders came on the heels of his two-goal game in Tuesday’s 4-1 over the Raiders.

In addition to the five points he scored, he was also a plus-three over the three games.

Rielly has scored 11 goals and 44 points in 47 games this season. He is the first Warrior to receive the award this season.
