Past members of the Canucks will be introduced before the game including

Chris Chelios who will be inducted in the Hockey Hall of Fame on Nov. 11 following his 26-season National Hockey League career.

The Warriors will be wearing Hockey Hall of Fame jerseys to honour Chelios during the pre-game warm-ups and then will wear throwback Canucks jerseys during the game.

Both sets of jerseys will be auctioned off or charity. There will be chances to bid on the jerseys in a silent auction during the game and the auction will continue online after the game. The online portion is expected to start a couple of days after the game and a link to the auction can be found at the Warriors website.

The proceeds for the Hall of Fame jerseys will go to the Moose Jaw Humane Society, while the money raised by the Canucks jerseys will be given to the Salvation Army’s Adopt-A-Family program.

Chelios played for the Canucks from 1978-81 when they were in the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League.
