Aviation technician Sgt. Scott Marsh, 43, has dreamed of working with the Moose Jaw-based Canadian Forces Snowbirds for eight years. Last Friday, he found out his dream would finally take flight.
"I'm ecstatic! I'm just starting to come down off my high right now," he said from 15 Wing Moose Jaw on Thursday.
As crew chief, Marsh will command the technicians in charge of maintaining the planes' "hardware", such as the hydraulic systems. He will also act as liaison between the ground crew and pilots.
