The Moose Jaw Skating Club recently sent more than 30 skaters to compete at the Snowflake Invitational competition at the Kinsmen Arena recently.
Maria Hadley-Cole finished first in the Gold elements and Gold spins and was second in the Gold free skate. Her teammate Paige Hager was first in the free skate and second in the elements and spins in the same category.
Raine Eberl was second in the Senior Silver free skate and the spins. He was first Senior Silver jumps, while Ryann Terry was third in that event.
Terry was was first in Senior Bronze spins and she finished second in Bronze interpretive, where Callie Jo Overs was third.
In the Junior Bronze free skate Nathalie Montpetit third, while Karissa Spence finished eighth, Stephanie Carnduff was 10th and Ciera Spark was 12th. In Junior Bronze elements Spence was sixth Montpetit seventh and Carnduff eighth. Spence was seventh in jumps and Montpetit was eighth.
Carnduff finished 10th in Junior Bronze spins.
Stephanie Ross finished second in the Preliminary free skate, while Sydney Miskiman was third, Alyssa Roney fourth, Serena Schlamp fifth and Emily Deobald and Tyrae Wiebe finished tied for eighth.
Roney won the Preliminary elements event, while Wiebe was second and Deobald fourth.
Schlamp won the Introductory interpretive, Wiebe was second, Miskiman third and Roney fourth.
Roney finished fourth in Preliminary jumps, where Ross was fifth, Schlamp eighth, Deobald ninth, Wiebe 10th and Miskiman 12th.
Ross finished second in Preliminary spins, Roney was fourth, Miskiman fifth, Schlamp sixth and Wiebe seventh.
In the Pre-Preliminary free skate flight 3, Emily McKenzie finished second, Spencer Noble was fifth, Hailey Lamb was sixth and Alexandra Marak was eighth.
In the Pre-Preliminary free skate flight 2, Chelsea Berjian finished seventh, Sydney Alexander was eighth and Emma Grace Freidt was ninth.
In the Pre-Preliminary free skate flight 1, Summer Okerstrom finished sixth and Paige Beausoleil was eighth.

In Pre-Preliminary spins Freidt was fourth in flight 3, Lamb was fifth and Noble was eighth; Beausoleil was sixth and Alexander seventh in flight 2 and Okerstrom was fifth and Kaitlynn McQueen seventh in flight 1.
In the Introductory free skate Samantha Swalm won flight 3, while Kaitlynn McQueen was second. Justene Aitken won flight 2, while Emily Closs was fourth and Anna Tacchi was fifth, Morgan Capili was second in flight 1, Lindsay Allen was seventh and Ryleen Miskiman was eighth.
In Introductory elements, Paige Beausoleil was second Spencer Noble was third, Sydney Alexander fifth in flight 4, Swalm was first and McQueen third in flight 3, Aitken was first, Allen fourth and Tacchi sixth in flight 2 and Capili was first and Closs third in flight 1.
