The Vanier Spirits had to come from behind to post a 3-1 win over the Weyburn Eagles in Moose Jaw High School Soccer League semifinal playoff action.

   

Molly Cox tied the game late in the first half for Vanier before a Carman Fielding penalty kick put the Spirits in front. Kehlsie Crone iced the game with a goal on the final kick of the game.

Paige Van De Sype opened the scoring for Weyburn.

In the other semifinal, Swift Current beat Peacock 11-0.

Cassidy Andres scored three times for the Ardens while Katy Letwiniuk, Tessa Andres and Emilie Arlandson each scored twice. Brittany Schafer and Lindsay Siemens also scored for the Swift Current.

The Ardens and Spirits will meet Thursday at 4 p.m. at Sunningdale Field in the league final.
