The Moose Jaw Bandidos women's indoor soccer team were hoping for a longer Regina Soccer Association playoff run, or at least to get kicked out of the playoffs in less heartbreaking fashion.

The Bandidos fell to the Phoenix 3-2 in soccer's equivalent of Russian Roulette, the dreaded shootout.

But according to Bandidos head coach Bob Fielding, he didn't feel the game should have gone that far.

The Bandidos drew a foul late with only thirty seconds left in the second half of a 2-2 game. As Carman Fielding placed the ball on the indoor pitch and sized up her shot, two Bandidos Amber Dorais and Chelsea Fielding made runs across the penalty area to confuse the defence.
