The Moose Jaw High School Volleyball League winds down its regular season Thursday night and there were some battles for playoff placings Tuesday night.

In senior girls action Peacock beat Vanier 3-1 (25-15, 19-25, 25-21, 25-11). Also in a three team round robin in Avonlea, Caronport won both of their games as they downed Riverview 25-15, 25-21 and then beat Avonlea 22-25, 25-23, 25-18. Avonlea beat Riverview 25-11, 25-22.

Peacock will meet Central Thursday in a first place battle.

In senior boys play Vanier beat Peacock 3-0 (25-13, 25-21, 25-16).
