The Moose Jaw Kinsmen Flying Fins looked at home in the Kinsmen Sportplex pool Saturday.
Sixteen local swimmers took part in the Fins’ provincial qualifier swim meet and posted strong times and first place finishes.
“We did really, really well,” said Fins head coach Monty Smith.
Because it was a provincial qualifier, the event featured 140 athletes.
Libby Epoch won the 11-and-under girls title thanks to her swims in the 200 IM and the 400 free. Joyce Arends won the 13-year-old girls title based on her 400 IM and 400 free. Ethan Runge won the 15-year-old boys title thanks to his 400 IM and 800 free.
