The Portraits of Honour mural, on a 171-day national tour sponsored by Kin Canada, stopped in Moose Jaw on Aug. 28, 2011. 15 Wing commander Col. Marc Bigaouette spoke to the crowd about his experiences serving in Afghanistan in 2008.
