Co-accused Ryan Tatum held in remand until April 1
Nicole Bouchard has been released on conditions while her legal counsel awaits further disclosure.
Moose Jaw Provincial Court
Bouchard, 21, is one of three alleged to be involved in a home invasion March 19.
She appeared in court on Tuesday, where she was released on the conditions that she abide by a 9 p.m. curfew, refrain from the consumption of alcohol and drugs, avoid any bars or businesses where alcohol may be consumed, and stay five metres away from the victim and her fellow accused, Ryan Tatum and Amber Ward.
She must also stay 50 metres away from any residence, workplace or place of education in which those same individuals are known to be.
There was no bail amount set as Bouchard is not viewed as a flight risk. She will appear for her show cause hearing on April 8.
Tatum, 29, also appeared in court Tuesday.
As with Bouchard, legal counsel is awaiting further disclosure from the Crown.
Tatum has been remanded in custody. He will next appear in court on April 1.
Amber Ward, 18, the third accused in the home invasion, will appear in court March 26.
